  1. Getting Started

Onboarding

Set up Airlog from scratch, scan your flight school code, or sync an existing database.

Onboarding is optional. Everything can be done at a later stage in the settings.

Fresh Install

During the initial setup, you’ll have the option to import data from supported logbook apps, carry forward totals from paper logbooks, and create your pilot profile.

When you select a role, Airlog automatically reconfigures in the background to enable smarter autofills.

Flight School Setup

If you install Airlog through one of our flight school partners, you'll receive a welcome letter during onboarding. After downloading the app, select 'Scan Flight School Code' to automatically fetch your data from our servers and configure Airlog—no manual input required.

Afte you scan your Flight School Code, our servers wipe your data rendering the code invalid. If you need a new code, please contact your Flight School.

Sync Existing Data

Airlog can detect if you already have a synchronized logbook. If so, it will prompt you to initiate sync automatically, preventing the creation of a new local profile and saving you a few extra steps.

We strongly recommend accepting the early sync if you already have a synchronized logbook on another device.

An active Pro subscription is required for syncronization.
