How to Report a Bug

  1. Access the Bug Report View: Navigate to the "Report a Bug" section within the app settings [About > Report a Bug].

  2. Describe the Issue: Enter a detailed description of the bug you encountered. Please include any steps that can help us replicate the issue. Remember, the more details you provide, the easier it will be for us to diagnose and fix the problem.

  3. Optional Email: You have the option to provide your email address. This allows us to contact you for additional information or to update you on the bug's status.

  4. Submit: Once you've filled out the bug description (and email, if you choose), tap the "Submit" button. A confirmation message will appear if the submission is successful.

What We Collect

When you submit a bug report, we automatically gather certain non-personal technical information to help us diagnose the issue. This includes:

  • Device Type: Understanding the variety of devices our app runs on helps us tailor our troubleshooting.

  • Operating System: Knowing the OS and its version helps us identify specific compatibility issues.

  • App Version: The version of Airlog you're using can be crucial, especially if the bug is related to a recent update.

None of the collected information can be used to personally identify you. Our goal is to improve Airlog and your experience with it.

Why Report Bugs?

Your reports play a crucial role in the development cycle, allowing us to identify and fix issues more efficiently. By reporting bugs, you contribute to a smoother, more reliable app for all users.
